Information gathering and usage
When you login to GPush, we will be collecting personal information and aggregate information on account activity for general purposes (such as product and services provision, services improvement). Tiverias Apps will keep all gathered personal information confidential and will not under any circumstances sell, share, or rent this information to others, except for when we have your permission or:
- It is necessary to disclose information in order to conform to law, to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, protect the safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
Information usage
Tiverias Apps' servers automatically store certain information about your account activity (such as number of emails received). This data will not be identifiable to any single account after it has been received by your iPhone unless your ip address is provided to the Company. This information will be used to maintain, protect and improve our services.
Your personal information is yours
You can delete your personal account at any time. If you delete your account, all data associated with it will be deleted from our system. Although Tiverias Apps owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Tiverias Apps application, you retain all rights to your data.
Password Protection
Logging into GPush requires GMail credentials. This information is secured using multiple levels of encryption including SSL and obfuscation and cipher-based encryption. SSL ensures that your credentials can be transported securely. Your login credentials are encrypted using an encryption scheme that has never been cryptographically broken, with a different 'secret key' for each user. To test these security measures, penetration tests were ran on the server with no information accessed. Your credentials will never be shared with anyone.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
This privacy policy may change over time. We will notify you about significant changes to this Privacy Policy by placing a prominent notice on our site.
